I was born and raised in Poland. After I graduated from University, I decided to link my working career with sport.
For several years I was improving peoples physiques and became a successful trainer.
Love to the Ocean brought me to California, where I eventually moved to improve my own skills this time, and teach Yoga world’s best BJJ and MMA fighters.
I am a Yoga teacher (licensed by Yoga Alliance), a certified official Nike Training Club Trainer, qualified personal trainer, motor training coach, group conditioning classes instructor, stretching assistant, registered masseuse and former Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete. Therefore, I have this understanding – which comes from empiric experience of being competitor – and when it’s mixed with my teacher’s and trainer’s skills, it results as a perfect tool to improve body’s abilities.
Yoga is for everyone, but not every type of Yoga is good for everyone. I know exactly what kind of Yoga one should choose to find it beneficial.
What helps me find balance in my training routine and daily life, is my practice. It keeps me healthy, sedate and open-eared for what my body has to say.
If Yoga could heal my body and turn vector of my life into positive, it could also do the same for others.
We always want more. If we want more, we have to be more. My mission is to extract the “more” from my students.
“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking”. – Marcus Aurelius
Want more? Be more. Be alive.
