Pure Temptation Fruit Smoothie

Layered smoothie recipe!

(proteins: 10,3 g, carbs: 56,2 g, fat: 8,2 g)

Ingredients:

  • Banana 1 med. size
  • Berry Medley 0,2 cup
  • Frozen Mango Chunks 0,5 cup
  • Plain Yogurt (whole milk) 1 cup

Directions:

  • Blend 1/2 of banana with mango (you can add 3 tbsp of water, almond milk or other liquid if it doesn’t blend) – put as the first layer in the glass.
  • Blend yogurt with other 1/2 banana  – use 1/2 of ready mix as the 2nd layer. Leave the other 1/2 in the blender.
  • Add Berry Medley to 1/2 ready banana-yogurt mix and blend it till become smooth – use as a 3rd layer 🙂
  • Top your smoothie with berries!
  • Enjoy!
