Pure Banana Oats Pancake
No inspiration for a breakfast? There is your healthy pancakes recipe!
Calories: 402 (protein: 8,1 g, carbs: 87 g, fat: 4 g)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 5 big strawberries
- 4 slices of fresh pineapple
- 5 tsp of oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp spoon of coconut oil
- Optional – greek yogurt or coconut vanilla unsweetened yogurt (then add +50 calories)
Directions
- Heat a small pan over medium heat with the coconut oil. Mash the half of banana with the egg, then stir in the oats.
- Pour into heated pan, and allow to cook until that first side sets ~ about 4 minutes. You want to make sure your first side is pretty set or else when you flip it the pancake will break. Turn over and cook on second side for 2-3 minutes.
- Top it with yogurt, cutted second half of banana, strawberries and pineapple.
- Enjoy!
