Pure Power Man Size Bowl
Healthy, tasty and extremely big high protein quinoa meal

Ingredients
- 3 cage free eggs
- 1/4 cup white quinoa
- 30 g of raw kale
- 100 g frozen spinach
- 50 g frozen brocolli
- 100 g frozen mixed veggies
- 50 g natural creamy goat cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lime
- garlic- 2 cloves
- salt
- pepper
- red onion (optional)
- olive oil 1 tbp
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp of butter
Directions:
- Cook the quinoa (relative: 1/4 cup of quinoa to 1/2 cup of water),
- in the same time, fry cutted clove of garlic with olive oil for 15 sec and add the frozen veggies, 1/4 cup of water, salt and pepper. Steam it on a small fire under a cover for 10 minutes, mixing every 2 minutes.
- When veggies and quinoa are getting done, is the time for your homemade guacomole: cut the avocado and mash it in a bowl with: 3 tbs of lime juice, 1 cutted garlic glove, salt and pepper (optional you can add 2 tbs of cutted red onion).
- Mix cooked quinoa with goat cheese
- fry eggs in butter
- Arrange in layers in sequence: 1. quinoa&goat cheese mix on the bottom; 2. fresh kale; 3. steamed veggies; 4. guacamole; 5. eggs
