Pure Energy Kale and Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
- kale 100 g
- goat cheese 60 g
- egg1 med. size
- pure olive oil – 1 tbsp
- tomatoes 1 med. size
- red onion slice
- barley 25 g
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Cook the barley (relative: 1/4 cup of barley to 1/2 cup of water),
- in the same time, cook hard-boiled egg
- when egg and barley are getting done, cut the kale, tomato, onion and goat cheese and place them in a dish, add salt and pepper.
- add hard-boiled egg and barley
- sprinkle with olive oil
